大峡谷西一日游-天空步行道的点评
点评：A highly disappointing experience and unacceptable customer service
When we arrived, the Skywalk was announced as closed, so we bought standard trail-only tickets. Once we reached the viewpoints, the Skywalk reopened, and we were asked to pay extra to buy access tickets.
Only 3 minutes after stepping onto the Skywalk, it closed again. The staff member on-site kindly told us to go back to the main reception desk to get a refund.
However, once at the counter, the manager categorically refused to refund us, claiming that "the tickets had already been validated." Paying extra for a mere 3 minutes of access due to a closure decided by their own staff is simple highway robbery and completely unprofessional.
A beautiful location, but dishonest commercial management. Avoid this place if weather or technical conditions are unstable—their customer service takes absolutely no responsibility.
