Stay well Away............Amateurs!!!!!
Volcanic Boat Party Gran Canaria的点评
点评：This company are what you would call a bunch of conmen.
I had booked this trip for a group on my stag do and had arranged the trip for 12pm on the Saturday, they also offered return transport as part of the boat trip to and from your hotel...................well neither happened!!!!!!!!!
Firstly the conman who runs it contacted me the day before the trip to advise the boat trip had been changed to 3pm on the Saturday which didn't suit as I had something else booked in the evening so this would impact that, when I asked for a refund he said the deposit was non-refundable even though they had moved the goalposts and not me.
Secondly I was then advised that we had to make our own way to the boat party even after booking the return transport THEY OFFERED as they had someone else to pick up in Las Palmas, maybe a little advice on that............don't offer the return transport if you have no intention of providing it ya fanny.
Would never book this trip again and would rather float about on a lilo than give these conmen my money...............do yourself a favour and stay well away, you have been warned..................
