A good experience but overall prices for drinks and food at the kiosks way too expensive.

Luckily we had good weather for our walk around the Glow Wild Lantern trail.
I’d read a bad review just before we left for our 4.15 slot so was apprehensive as to what to expect.
We arrived in a bit if daylight so walked around the shop which is National Trust. Most stuff way too expensive. The cafe was quite full of people with children. I couldn’t see a lot buying food and drink and at £3.25 for a can of Coke was way overpriced. I had read that a hotdog in the trail was £13, again, once you’ve paid the entrance fee of in excess of £22 each adult this is surely not affordable for people?
I know from previous trips to other similar events things are way overpriced.
Anyway enough said about pricing. The trail was quite well lit and we weren’t bothered by too many people around us whilst we looked at the displays. There are several quite steep slopes for those using wheelchairs. I think I must have done around 5000 steps during the visit. The lighting on the house was very good and there were many photo and video opportunities.
