点评：A not very festive Christmas afternoon tea in the walled garden.
After an overly complicated booking process requiring everyone emails we persevered and booked . On the day it was very unclear where to go as the gate to the walled garden was locked ! We then encountered a very grumpy member of staff who reluctantly helped us find the way in - through agate market Private !
The afternoon tea(food) was lovely but the atmosphere was very underwhelming with only 2 other couples in the room and for some reason their tables had table cloths but ours did not .
Teacups were stained, we asked for clean ones , the cake stands were delivered, tea & coffee delivered and that was the extent of the service - no run through of what the cakes etc were or anything else - such a shame as it could have been so much better with a little effort & Christmas cheer .
