点评：Do not charter a boat with Poe Charter Tahiti. Our group of 9 people has been left stranded and out of pocket by over €11,000.
The Timeline:
Nov 2025: Booked a 2026 Lagoon 43 (Yacht name: Poe Tea).
Dec 2025 - May 6, 2026: Paid the full amount totaling €11,031.
May 7, 2026: Immediately after receiving our final payment, they informed us the yacht was unavailable due to "delivery delays." (It is highly likely this boat does not even exist).
May 7–12, 2026: They tried to force us into much older, lower-category boats (a 2016 Lagoon and a 2018 Bali), which we rejected.
May 12, 2026: Formally requested a full refund.
Current Situation:
Since we asked for our money back, the operator has completely ceased communication. They are ignoring all emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls. Their behavior strongly suggests they have no intention of refunding us.
This operator waits until they have 100% of your money before pulling the rug out from under you. Do not trust them.
