Dangerous and impossible parking

点评：I am extremely disappointed with the direction this facility is heading. It increasingly feels like the focus has shifted from quality of service to maximising numbers.
Since the GP surgery opened and additional investments were introduced, parking has become nearly impossible. Even arriving well in advance does not guarantee a space. Today, my children missed their swimming lessons simply because we could not find anywhere to park. The car park was completely full, including both overflow areas.
The situation is not only frustrating but also unsafe. The site is overcrowded, and navigating the area with young children feels stressful and potentially dangerous. The overflow car parks are poorly laid out, lack proper surfacing, and have inadequate lighting, which raises further safety concerns, particularly in the evening.
We pay to use these facilities, yet access is becoming increasingly difficult. If this continues, we will unfortunately have to consider using alternative facilities where parking and safe access are properly managed.
I hope this issue is taken seriously and that meaningful action is considered before more families are affected.
