A couple of niggles but overall GOOD, would return

点评：We arrived at 2pm which was when our spa experience began (Indulgent escape with afternoon tea). We didn't know it was changeover time for the lodges so by the time we checked in and had a (pleasant) walk to the spa it was almost 3pm. We had a lovely welcome and was given our times for afternoon tea and the facials that came with the booking. The spa itself is lovely, the steam rooms smell amazing and the sauna is big enough to not feel crowded. The addition of free water, juice and Elemis products to use was great. The afternoon tea was ok, nothing special and I think people with a bigger appetite may leave hungry. All the staff in the café were lovely. The facial was relaxing, would have preferred to be away from the main reception area as it was noisy but I appreciate that we had the express facial so it wasn't in the usual treatment rooms. All the products used smelled fabulous. We finished the experience in the outdoor pool which was heated just right and can imagine it being lovely to lounge out there in the summer. Id return here for sure but would choose my own food and book for a longer experience. The whole place was lovely and clean and all staff were great.
翻译：我们下午两点到达，水疗体验也由此开始（享受下午茶的惬意之旅）。我们不知道那时是客房的换房时间，所以办理入住手续并（愉快地）步行到水疗中心时，已经快三点了。我们受到了热情的欢迎，并被告知了下午茶和预订包含的面部护理的具体时间。水疗中心本身很棒，蒸汽房的香味令人陶醉，桑拿房也足够大，不会感到拥挤。免费提供饮用水、果汁和Elemis洗护产品，真是太好了。下午茶还不错，没什么特别的，我觉得胃口大的人可能会吃不饱。咖啡厅的所有工作人员都很友善。面部护理很放松，如果能避开主接待区就更好了，因为那里有点吵，不过考虑到我们选择的是快速面部护理，所以不用在普通的护理室里做，也算情有可原。所有使用的产品闻起来都很棒。最后，我们在室外泳池里结束了整个体验，泳池水温刚刚好，可以想象夏天在那里放松身心该有多惬意。我肯定会再来，不过下次会自己点菜，而且会预订更长时间的用餐体验。整个餐厅环境优美干净，所有员工都很棒。
