点评:Absolutely appalling service. After waiting to be seated (being ignored by four different staff members) we eventually chased down someone to ask if they had a table for a drink. A girl sat us at a table and we were there for all of twenty seconds before I encountered someone that should never work in food and beverage or hold the title of “host”.
He approached the table and asked us accusingly who sat us down, when we told him and pointed the staff member out he said “I work here and I’m the host and you can’t be here”
I said I’m sorry but I won’t be spoken to like that and his reply - “I have other guests that are my priority”. Wow. Literally all we had done was be seated where we were told and that’s how we were treated. How is he employed in a service based industry?
What should have happened is he should have apologised we were sat somewhere he had already reserved. He should have moved us somewhere else politely and explained all guests are a “priority”.
