点评：Seeing the excellent reviews from other visitors makes me wonder if we visited on an off day - regardless, this was the worst vineyard experience I’ve ever had.
My sister and I were booked in by our hotel, so we were unaware of how expensive the tour was - €76 for both of us for an hour.
We didn’t get to go into the vineyards or look at the vines (something I’ve never experienced on a vineyard tour before) and instead had some very basic information thrown at us inside one of the rooms by the tour guide before we were then hurried into the tasting room.
My sister has a nut allergy which hadn’t been an issue anywhere else on our trip to Tuscany, but here she was told she was not allowed the panettone or bread as they both ‘had nuts in’ - which they definitely didn’t.
Obviously she wouldn’t risk it, but the impression was definitely that the tour guide just couldn’t be bothered actually checking the ingredients or finding an alternative.
She didn’t even offer a cursory apology.
I came away knowing very little about the vineyard, the wines made here or the business and for €76 euro, it just wasn’t worth it.
