Centro Comercial Las Arenas的点评
点评：Thursday 15th January we visited this vast Shopping Mall. It situated at the southern end of Playa de Las Canteras. It is possible to walk to the Beach along the City's promenade.
The Mall comprises of 3 floors lined with with over 100 retail outlets and eateries. There are another 3 floors for parking.
The 2 mezzanine floors and the ground floor are brightly lit as daylight streams through the glass roof.
It is a spacious well maintained Mall that is easy to manoeuvre around, there are wide passageways and numerous lifts and escalators link all floors.
The mainstay is the massive Carrefour Supermarket which takes up all of one side of the first floor of the Mall.
As we walked around we spotted a number of stores that are on the High Street back in the UK. These included Primark, Mango, and Zara, which stood alongside local independent stores. There are clothing stores, shoe shops, jewellers, florists, toy shop, cafes and coffee shops dotted around the three floors.
Must admit was pleased to see my favourite novelty shop, Ale Hop, with the figure of a black and white cow, outside it's entrance, was here. For some reason my wallet is always lighter after a visit to these shops.
The top floor is home to the Food Court catering for a variety of culinary delights as well as a cinema and amusement arcade. Another feature is the open air restaurant with it's views around the area.
There is up to 3 hours free parking here.
