点评：This could be a top destination. They get all the big things right but many small details wrong. We arrived after a long journey arriving before the room was ready to occupy. The receptionists could not have appeared less interested and just want to get back to their mobile phones. A place of this standard, minimum, should have offered a bottle of water and as a coffee farm how about a cup of coffee. A coffee shop was indicated but appeared closed. We were told we’d be whatsApped when the room was ready. We were left to wander the grounds for almost 3 hours before we finally asked if the room was ready, apparently it was and we’d not been told.
The rooms were nice although not luxurious as described. Our room was missing a blind on the window to the public walkway. To be fair this was quickly attended to but surely a room check system would prevent such oversights. Also, the supplied room coffee making had no spoons.
The grounds are excellently planted and have great views and wildlife. The included breakfast was a good quality with good service.
Such a shame to have such a bad welcome. It feels as if the hotel needs a professional manager on site. The place has great potential that is needlessly thrown away.
