点评：Family of 10 we stood in the line for more than 15 mins with my father who can barely stand before we where seated. If that wasn't worst when i entered the Novia the hostess after asking if we can if we can be seated upstairs she responded but because I never heard i stated i beg you pardon. She responded in a loud ghetto tone " upstairs will not be open" . Now when i was speaking to her i am sure the person behind me could not hear. She is the most unpleasant, ghetto and unfriendly host i ever encountered in my life visiting restaurants both locally and internationally. If that was not worst we ordered from 6:25 at 7:30 after an hour we still havnt recieve an order and no one check in the wine nothing xame to us its not until when. I asked one of the waitress the name of the hostess and she went and told the waitress I ask her name she came over. But did that help? Nope we ended up have to leave without having our meal as an hour and half pass to no avail. This was a wedding celebration but because of Sharkies it turn into a sad unhappy moment. I will not recommend anyone to go to this place its the worst my family and I have ever experience and the waitress and waiters don't seem to give a damn .. These workers need to be reminded that without customers there will not be any sharpies as they wont have money to pay them so that they can work. Bad customer service can damage a company . These workers need to be trained..
