Terrible customer service

点评：I never write negative comments about companies however my experience with this company has compelled me to do just that.
I initially booked online and when i first dealt with christine she seemed very helpful and informed me that due tho the bike i had chosen i was due a small refund, which was very kind , she requested my bank details which I duly supplied .However, on the day of my booking the weather was very rainy and I requested if it was possible for a full refund, which was kindly agreed.
However over a week later and with me having to constantly approach them to ask when I would receive my refund, and being met with various excuses as to why I hadn’t received it, and no mention of when in fact I would receive it, I haven’t received one euro from them.
The customer service was extremely poor and I wouldn’t recommend this company
