点评：We decided to visit during our stay in the Dordogne as something to do together as a family, and we were not disappointed! As soon as we arrived, Ian and Sara made us feel immediately welcome, and went on to deliver an engaging, fun and absolutely delicious class. We all thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful mix of casual conversation, skilful demos and careful attention of both Ian (teaching the class) and Sara (making sure everything went smoothly!). The food was both fun to cook and delicious to eat, and Ian did an amazing job of showcasing the region with the menu. Our children are 13 and 16, and they loved it too - finding a great mix of learning new things yet being able to keep up and be proud of what they created. This was a wonderful highlight to our trip, and we absolutely loved it. Having met Ian and Sara and seen the amazing place they've built together at Le Chèvrefeuille, we'd love to come back one day!
