点评:We have visited and stayed in the gites at Le Chèvrefeuille (where Cook Dordogne is delivered) many times - it is a wonderful place. Whilst our daughters had done the Cookery School, we had not and decided to give it a go. We will be doing it again! Ian is a fantastic chef (we knew that already) but also a fantastic teacher. We did the full day course and learnt all about the foods and wines of the region (Perigord Noir), were taught new cooking skills - who knew there was such an efficient way to chop an onion? Then we prepared and cooked our lunch. It was quite literally delicious. A chestnut and cepe veloute, cabecou and smoked trout tartlet and crepes suzette. There were 7 of us (UK, US and Canadian) on the course and it was also a great social event. I highly recommend.
