Very expensive and NOT such good value as they will tell you. They are out of touch with prices in UK

点评：We were taken here by our guide who highly recommended we pay a visit. We were impressed by the showroom and the video showing how they mine the sapphires, however our guide Malaka, hadn't allowed enough time for us to really enjoy this experience.
We opted to buy a pair of earrings and a bracelet and after a lot of backwards and forwards with the price we finally agreed. Part of our decision to buy was the lure of being told that their sapphires would be worth a lot more in the UK, that their prices were very competitive, and the fact that they are members of the GIA.
However, when we got home and had the items valued professionally, they were valued at the same price that we had paid for them. Thankfully no less, nevertheless we still felt cheated. I contacted our guide to discuss this with him and the jeweller rang me. They disputed the professional valuation and refused to accept that their prices are significantly different to their perceived value in the UK. I have a 15 page report detailing exactly every detail of each stone and its setting, yet they chose not to believe this and asked that I go into a selection of London jewellers to compare prices.
The long and short of it is this, bargain hard as their prices are NOT as good as they say they are and don't be rushed into making a decision. This was a big purchase for us and although I love them, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
