点评:I have previously purchased many bottle of Winbirri Wine mostly from local stores and a couple through their website and enjoyed them. The one I bought to have with friends at Christmas was over £30, I purchased this in August and it was stored in a professional wine cooler. On opening it the wine was clearly corked or similar and almost undrinkable. The colour had changed to yellow, the boquet was slightly acidic and it tasted like sherry. A refund/new bottle should have been in order. I contacted customer services, I did not receive a reply had to email again. The reply I received was the wine changes over the years and it might not have been what you were expecting, (it was undrinkable), I queried this and was told it was how I had stored it,( in professional wine cooler). Complete lack of communication from them after that. I will never purchase their products again either for myself or as presents. A £30 plus bottle of wine should have been refunded or replaced, we had to open a £9 bottle of prosecco instead and at least it was drinkable. Their customer service is appalling, if I had bought a French champagne at a supermarket and it tasted like that they would have refunded me not so Winbirri disgraceful.
