I had several suits and shirts custom-made at Mark One Tailor, and I can honestly say this was one of the best tailoring experiences I’ve ever had.
From the very beginning, the level of service was extraordinary. I was picked up from my hotel multiple times and brought back after each visit – always punctual, friendly, and incredibly professional. This kind of personal attention made the entire process smooth, comfortable, and truly enjoyable. Both the owner and the entire team are fantastic: warm, highly skilled, and genuinely dedicated to delivering perfection.
The tailoring process itself was meticulous. I had three fittings, each carried out with great care and attention to detail. Nothing felt rushed, and every adjustment was discussed thoroughly to achieve the perfect fit.
Another highlight was the delivery: my finished garments were delivered directly to my hotel free of charge, even though it was nearly 20 km away. That level of service is simply outstanding.
The quality of the suits is exceptional. True full-canvas construction, flawless workmanship, and an impressive selection of premium fabrics. I chose materials including luxurious cashmere and ultra-fine Super 180’s wool – the look and feel are absolutely top-tier.
