点评：I had a fantastic experience at AJ’s Bike Shop in Stowe while visiting from out of state with my daughter. The team was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely focused on making sure we had what we needed. They helped fill the tires on both of our bikes after I realized I had left my pump at home, and they took the time to look at an issue I was having with my kickstand.
What impressed me most was their honesty and integrity. Instead of trying to upsell me or recommend unnecessary products, they provided straightforward advice, made thoughtful recommendations, and fixed the problem with my kickstand quickly and efficiently. It’s refreshing to find a business that values customer service and trust above making a sale.
