Our journey deep into the Lower Omo Valley was absolutely unforgettable. From start to finish, everything was well organized, safe, and culturally rich. The trip was done in a brand-new, comfortable 4×4 vehicle with air conditioning, which made long drives through remote areas very smooth and enjoyable.
Daniel has excellent knowledge of the local tribes, history, and landscapes, and he knows exactly how to time visits so they feel authentic and respectful. We visited incredible tribes such as the Hamer, Karo, Dassanech, Mursi, and Arbore, experienced vibrant markets, stunning river views, and real daily life in the valley.
The driving was safe even on challenging roads, and Daniel was always patient, kind, and professional. Going down to the Lower Omo Valley with him was truly the best experience ever.
