点评：From the moment we stepped into the spa, the entire experience felt elevated, thoughtful, and restorative. Every detail from the ambiance to the service was flawless, making it one of the most memorable parts of our stay. So exceptional that we had to come back a second time before leaving!
The team truly made the difference. Norma, Fiorela, and Angeles were all incredible, each bringing their own level of expertise, warmth, and attentiveness. You can tell they genuinely care about what they do, and it shows in every interaction and treatment. We left feeling completely relaxed, refreshed, and taken care of.
A special thank you as well to Daniela at the front desk, who went above and beyond to accommodate us. Not only was she welcoming and professional, but she made the extra effort to find us a second booking during our stay, which we deeply appreciated.
Overall, this spa is a standout. Perfect combination of skilled professionals, serene atmosphere, and exceptional service. We’ll absolutely be returning the next time!
