Showcase Cinema Leeds的点评
点评：I was really disappointed by the customer service at Showcase Cinema Leeds. We were served by a member of staff called Cameron, whose attitude was unnecessarily rude and dismissive.
To begin with, he was about to serve another customer even though I had been waiting longer. Then, when I ordered a Biscoff milkshake, I saw him putting Madagascan vanilla ice cream into the blender. I politely reminded him that I had ordered a Biscoff milkshake, only for him to respond abruptly, “Yeah, I know. I do this every day,” in a rude and condescending tone.
There was no need to speak to a customer like that, especially in front of my 9-year-old child. What should have been a fun family trip to the cinema was overshadowed by poor customer service. I expect staff to be polite and respectful, and unfortunately that wasn’t the case on this visit.
