点评：Not sure where to start...
A small group of us were looking forward to trying the fresh "American BBQ" menu. We walked through the door to a fairly quiet pub at the time, and proceeded to wait at the bar for almost 10 minutes before anybody acknowledged we were there, despite being the only people waiting. Not a great start.
I'm not sure how many American BBQs the owners or "chef" have actually been to, but there were no ribs, smoked sausage/pork/chicken, turkey legs, short ribs, burnt ends, brisket, greens, beans, etc. on the menu. The sauces weren't particularly impressive either. For somewhere promoting itself around "American BBQ", the menu was a real disappointment.
The food then took about 45 minutes to arrive despite the restaurant not being busy. A lot of what we were served appeared to be frozen and fried, which was particularly disappointing given the claims of being "fresh daily". Even more bizarrely, our starters and mains were brought out together, apparently as though this was completely normal. The waiting staff also seemed unsure about what they were actually serving.
To make matters worse, we were sat almost central in the pub with live music coming from one side and some dreadful garage-type music blasting from the other. Not a recipe for an enjoyable night and we felt sorry for the person doing the live music to have to compete with that at the same time.
When we eventually asked for the bill, the waitress responded with, "I'm not really somebody you should be asking for that." We were gobsmacked. Who are you supposed to ask?!
I genuinely don't understand where some of the 4 and 5-star reviews are coming from, because our experience was very different. What the place appears to be from the outside certainly isn't reflected in the experience inside.
I'm sure it's perfectly fine if you're looking for somewhere to have a beer and watch the football, but based on our experience, I wouldn't recommend it for a meal, particularly if you're going there specifically for quality or fresh American BBQ.

虽然餐厅里并不拥挤，但食物还是过了约45分钟才上桌。我们点的很多菜品看起来都是冷冻后油炸的，这与其“每日新鲜制作”的宣传截然不符，实在令人失望。更奇怪的是，前菜和主菜竟是一起被端上来的。显然，这种情况在他们看来完全正常。服务员们似乎也不确定自己到底在端上什么食物。
更糟糕的是，我们坐在酒吧的中央位置，一侧有现场音乐演奏，另一侧则播放着难听至极的车库风格的音乐。这根本不是享受夜晚的好环境；我们还为那位表演现场音乐的人感到心疼，他居然不得不在这种环境下表演。
当我们最终要求结账时，女服务员回答说，。“其实这种事不该来问我啊。”我们惊呆了。那到底该去问谁呢？！
我真的不明白那些4星和5星评价是从哪儿来的，因为我们的体验完全不一样。从外面看这个地方似乎不错，但实际的体验却并非如此。
如果你只是想找个地方喝杯啤酒、看看足球赛，那这里应该也挺合适的。不过根据我们的体验，我并不推荐把它作为用餐之地。尤其是当你专程去那里是为了品尝高品质且新鲜的美国烧烤时。
