点评：We visited for Sunday lunch recently, and the experience was extremely disappointing. While the venue itself is attractive, the food and service fell far below acceptable standards.
All four roast dinners we ordered were problematic. The Yorkshire puddings were rock hard, and the meat portions were minimal—only a single slice per plate. When we raised these issues, the waitstaff treated our concerns as a joke, which was completely unprofessional.
The situation escalated when the manager arrived. Instead of addressing the complaints or apologizing, we were told not to return to the pub. This behavior is shocking and unacceptable. Patrons should not be treated with hostility for raising legitimate concerns about food safety and quality.
It is clear that urgent attention is needed in both the kitchen and management. A visit that should have been enjoyable turned into a deeply negative experience, and this raises serious questions about the standards maintained at the establishment.
