点评:My wife and I played the Blue and Green courses at Royal Pines. I would say the course is somewhat difficult in that there are many deep bunkers guarding the elevated greens and a fair amount of fairway bunkers. The condition of the course was poor from US standards. There were many crabgrass type weeds around. The course was very dry and hard as well. My wife and I rented clubs hers were new but off brand mine were a mixture of old Titleist or Callaway clubs that were in very poor condition. The sand traps on the blue course was more like dirt with rocks in them, but the green had nice sand like you have on the beach. The green was in better shape of the two. One thing I noticed was few people rake the sand traps as there was foot traffic all through them. The course reminded me of the courses in AZ in the summer but with weeds. Carts are electric and clean. Pace of play was good as well we played in just over 4 hours. This could be a really nice course but it needs investment and maintenance. Would I play this again? probably not as I would rather check out other courses especially since it was expensive to play.
