点评：This was our second visit and we had such a great experience the first time that we had brought more friends along only to be disappointed.
The volunteer at the craft store was quite rude. She kept making unpleasant comments and muttering under her breath. She was very impatient with my son while handing him the craft material. I just took my eyes off of him for about 2 minutes and I was talking with my friend standing close to the table and the lady snapped at my son saying “what you did was wrong” and she snatched the paper from him and put it aside. Then she said to me, “that’s why you should pay attention to what he was doing”. My friend responded to that by saying, “it doesn’t matter, he’s a little kid, he can make the craft as he likes” and then we just left.
Even at our first visit, this particular lady volunteer was quite fidgety and kept complaining about how she had to man the crafts desk by herself and that she was very busy.
We had several lovely moments on our first and second visit but this one experience has left a sour taste.
When working with children, there’s need for more kind, patient and understanding people.

就连我们第一次去的时候，也是如此。这位女志愿者显得十分坐立不安，还不停地抱怨说她不得不独自负责手工活动区，而且忙得不可开交。
