点评：We hired the room at The White Hart for an event and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
From the start, Sophie was absolutely brilliant. She was so helpful, quick to reply to any questions, and made everything really easy and stress-free. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and she was always there if we needed anything.
The room itself was a great space – clean, well kept, and perfect for what we needed. Everyone who came commented on how nice it was and how much they enjoyed themselves.
We were also able to decorate the day before, which made a huge difference, and Sophie even helped sort a few bits like balloons that had fallen down, which just shows how attentive and accommodating she is.
The whole experience from start to finish was smooth, friendly, and really well organised. You can tell they genuinely care about making sure everything goes well.
It’s also very reasonably priced for what you get, I can’t imagine it will stay that way once more people discover it!
