Christmas Dining Experience

点评：My husband loves steam railways! He also loves Christmas food (don't we all!)
So when he came across an item on his phone, about eating Christmas lunch on a Steam Train at Buckfastleigh, he suggested that we go! When he had a closer look, he couldn't find any empty seats. I had a look and found 2 vacant seats and just booked them.
When we got there, we found that I had booked the Pullman coach!
We were shown to our seats by the Pullman staff, in their replica Pullman uniforms, greeted with a cocktail 🍹 and then the journey was underway!
We learnt about the coach we were on (LYDIA was apparently Winston Churchill's favourite coach, for discussing tactics with Eisenhower and King George VI, during WW2) while we travelled to Staverton (and back, twice) eating an absolutely delicious 3 course meal.
The experience was fantastic and the staff (on the train and at the station) were wonderful.
I will be back next year!!

这次体验太棒了，火车上和车站的工作人员都非常热情友好。
明年我还会再来！！
