点评：A beautiful day spent at Pecorama. Can’t find any fault in it, well, ok, they had run out of cheese & onion pasties! The site is simply stunning, the gardens are beautifully kept and the views across the day towards Beer are beautiful.
The light railway gives you a scenic tour of the grounds and has many features on its trip, bridges, tunnels, stations, signal boxes, all powered, on our trip, by a miniature steam train.
Afterwards we had a light lunch before heading for the well equipped play area, which our grandson thoroughly enjoyed.
We then headed for the shop to stock up on ‘essentials’ like mugs, shortbread & fudge! Last, but not least, we visited the model railway exhibition. Do not miss this, the lay outs are varied and beautifully modelled and as an added bonus, the little one can set things off by pressing s button.
Time then to head home, a good day was had by all.
