哈里森温泉度假村的点评
点评：We spent 3 nights in the Harrison Hot Springs Resort and will NEVER be returning again. I was there over 20 years ago, and the place has not changed AT ALL.
Our room was filthy with mould in the bathtub, carpet so dirty you couldn't see the pattern, no heat (we were told it was because they hadn't turned on the heat yet because it was 2 days before October.)
Upon arrival I used the ladies bathroom and found all 4 of the large waste baskets were filled and overflowing. Most of the super old and worn carpets throughout the hotel had not been vacuumed in days.
In front of the bar, loads of garbage was spilt on the floor right where the servers prepare drinks. You get the idea... GROSS!
We had to ask 3 times to get our room made up on the 2nd day.
I will say, however, that the Copper Room restaurant staff was great and overall the hotel staff tried to please. It's exceedingly difficult to operate a large resort when it is constantly understaffed and underfunded. Nearly all of the staff we spoke with agreed with our sentiments and felt embarassed.
Pools were okay, except we were there on a holiday and all of the pools were packed like sardines. Then, after seeing the state of the resort, going in the pools lost their allure. I wondered what lurked in that hot bacteria laden water that hundreds of people had been sitting in all day.

不过得说，Copper Room餐厅的员工表现很出色，整体而言酒店工作人员也尽力为我们提供服务。在人员配备不足且资金匮乏的情况下，要经营一家大型度假村极其困难。我们交谈过的几乎所有员工都认同我们的看法，并感到十分尴尬。
泳池还算不错，不过我们去的时候正值节假日，所有泳池都挤得水泄不通。在目睹了度假村的状况后，去泳池游泳的吸引力也就荡然无存了。我不禁好奇：那些有数百人整天泡在里面的热水里，到底藏着些什么呢？那些水里肯定满是细菌吧。
