St edward state park的点评
点评：One approaches the car park at St Edward State Park with a view of the former seminary, which just shouts ecclesiastical architecture, a stately building in a soft pink stone standing against a backdrop of tall trees.
There is plenty of parking - a charge does apply if you don't have a Discovery Pass - an extensive children's playground, lots of picnic benches and a wealth of walks, all underneath a canopy of trees, so lots of shade.
Do find good information about the trails as it is quite a drop from the park down to the water's edge, meaning that you might be negotiating steep paths, series of steps, roots etc, whereas there are alternatives with wide paths which are much easier on the footwear (which should be appropriate of course!).
A lovely place for families or couples to just relax in a country environment with plenty of facilities at hand.
