点评：Really poor customer service. We were first in today just after 12 noon. Ordered our food and drinks. Drinks arrived quickly. We waited 30mins for our food! I asked the waitress if our food would be arriving anytime soon… she never came back to me. I then went to the bar to ask …… still nobody got back to me ! After 5 minutes or so our food finally arrived 30 mins after we ordered without anyone apologising for the delay.
First time ever at this place that our food wasn’t great. White flaccid just cooked chips, my onion rings were so greasy and my husbands fish was actually swimming in grease( we should’ve sent his fish back).
Clearly our order (first one of the day) was missed and then hurriedly put out to us when I spoke to them .
The guy in charge was aware of our delay but never approached us and when we paid he never said anything to us.
All they had to do was be honest and communicate with us .

负责的店员明知我们等待了很久，却始终没有来跟我们沟通；我们付款时他也没跟我们说一句话。
他们本只需坦诚一些、与我们好好沟通就行了。
