点评:On August 8th, around 5:00 PM, I went for a second glass of wine. I stood at the register I originally went to. There were two waitstaff at two other registers. I stood there as both waitstaff called over others who arrived after me. When I realized that they were not going to wait on me unless I moved to the registers they were at - I moved to a register where there was waitstaff. I would recommend that the waitstaff include training to say something like, "sir, would you step over here so I can help you?" -- not allowing them to stand there and not wait on them. When I moved to another register I was greeted with: "Are you a member", I said I wasn't, but I was with a member but wanted to purchase another glass of wine. The response was "you have to pay for it". I had my charge card in my hand when I placed my order. I hope not all senior citizens are treated this way.
