点评：We visited the Nags Head today for the lunch and my daughter chose the fish pie after being recommended it. The meals came out and the presentation was nice but when she started eating it she found several fish bones. I did suggest we mention it to one of the staff but my daughter didn’t want to make a fuss and carried on sieving thru the pie. She had to stop eating it after finding 6 fish bones. When we had all finished and my husband went to pay he mentioned the bones and the only answered he got off the manager was “Well that’s the first time it’s happened where are the bones?” She followed my husband back to the table and asked to be shown the bones? She took the plate away without a word or apology. Disappointing customer service.
Our bill for the meal was over £100 so I’d expect more curtesy when spending as much.

翻译：今天我们去纳格斯黑德餐厅吃午饭，女儿点了别人推荐的鱼肉派。菜上来后，摆盘很漂亮，但她开始吃的时候发现里面有好几根鱼刺。我建议我们跟服务员说一下，但女儿不想小题大做，继续在派里挑挑拣拣。结果她挑出了六根鱼刺后就不得不停下来了。吃完后，我丈夫去结账，他提到了鱼刺的事，经理的回答竟然是：“这还是第一次发生这种情况，鱼刺在哪儿呢？” 她跟着我丈夫回到桌边，要求把鱼刺拿出来。她一句话也没说，也没道歉，就把盘子收走了。服务态度真让人失望。
我们这顿饭花了100多英镑，消费这么多，应该得到更周到的服务才对。
