A Bit Commercialized but Worth It for the Childhood Nostalgia!

点评：Santa Claus Village definitely felt quite commercialized. Getting there is easy since buses run frequently, but you do need to keep a close eye on the schedule for the last bus back.
The highlight is definitely Santa’s official office, which really brought some of my childhood fantasies to life. You can line up to meet Santa Claus, who will chat with you and even say a few words in your native language. The catch is that you aren't allowed to use your own phone to take pictures; you can only purchase the official commemorative photos or videos taken by their staff.
Another great activity is choosing postcards to send to friends and family. You can have them mailed out immediately or held to be delivered right before Christmas that year, which makes for a really meaningful keepsake.
There is also a prominent marker indicating the Arctic Circle. Plenty of tourists line up to snap a photo straddling the white line to commemorate stepping into the Arctic. They even have live-stream cameras capturing the area, uploading real-time footage online.
The only downside was that since we visited during the summer, all the winter activities like dog or reindeer sledding were suspended.
