Well worth a visit to Hobart Zoo
Zoodoo野生动物园的点评
点评：Went twice in the school holidays with my granddaughter. First trip we had a meet and greet with the Servals. This was a great experience, sitting with the servals and patting them. Fantastic experience for kids to meet the animals. Had previously done a Meerkat encounter. We were also able to pat the koala, not able to give him a cuddle to to his weight, he's a whopper. Fed barn animals. Playground (inside) is great for the kids to let off a bit of steam. huge ball pit with slide into it.
Second visit we had an encounter with the Marmosets, tiny creatures and very inquisitive, making themselves comfortable walking over you and drinking acacia sap from feeders provided. Aquarium is great, there is a pool where you can touch some sea creatures and see them up close. Zoo is doing more improvements and more enclosures being built. Restaurant is available inside, more eating places going in outside. Well worth a visit. Staff on encounters are absolutely great, giving information about the animals and answering any questions.
