Great place to visit for the whole family
Tybee Island Marine Science Center的点评
点评：My whole family loves TIMSC! We visited last year while we were on vacation on Tybee Island, and when we came back to Tybee again this year for fall break, my son insisted we had to visit the center again. He could probably spend all day there looking at all the turtles and learning about the local ecology. This year, we managed to time our visit to coincide with the release of Ossie the loggerhead sea turtle who was a resident of the science center for about 3 years. It was a wonderful, celebratory event! The next day, we also did the marsh trek guided by one of the folks from TIMSC. I never imagined how many little crabs we would see. The floor of the marsh was literally crawling with them! That was such a cool experience. For anyone who doesn’t mind getting their feet a little muddy, I would highly recommend it!
