点评：Gotta admire how Scotland manages to attract soooooo many visitors. Lived here nearly 40 years and always enjoyed visits to the Moulin.
However.....
Friday last I was off to treat myself to their legendary fish & chips AND A BEER.
12.15.
Totally empty until I arrived in the bar with my dog. Member of staff suggested, quite politely, I should sit in the restaurant area rather than the bar. When I questioned why and when policy had changed i.e. food was not served in the bar, he said it was "a few months ago".
I asked if I could speak to a manager and she did indeed explain, again quite politely, that the policy was that the bar should be saved for locals who ONLY wanted to drink.
I`ve been going, out of my way, to this bar for nearly 40 years.....
By the by, until some 10 years ago they had a famously passive/aggressive barman. Always shirt and tie and he managed to tread that, oh so fine line, between just acceptably hospitable and borderline rude. He had a talent rarely seen but once experienced, never forgotten. Where is he now?

顺便一提，大约在10年前，他们店里还有一位出了名的态度阴阳怪气的调酒师。他总是穿着衬衫打领带，总能很好地把握那个度——既不会显得过分热情，也不会显得粗鲁无礼。他拥有一种极为罕见的天赋——一旦领略过，便终生难忘。他现在在哪里呢？
