The Anchor Hotel, Burnham On Crouch的点评
点评：Having ready been in (and out) of another pub nearby, we were made time feel instantly welcome when we stepped into the Anchor.
The pub is deceptively spacious, with different areas, but we chose to sit outside as it was a nice day. We opted for a lite bite lunch (as we thought), took our cutlery, and went to a table outside.m the front of the Anchor, where you can watch the world go by. Hubby enjoyed a Maldon beer while we waited.
Our "light lunches" were very generous. Quite the longest panini I've had, with a pretty salad. Hubby added chips - the nicest chips we've ever had! So crisp on the outside, piping hot, and fluffy on the inside.
Our pananis were lovely too - one chicken, bacon and mozzarella, the other bacon, brie and cranberry.
The pub feels friendly, toilets are clean, prices were reasonable. We will definitely come again.
