Very disappointing experience despite good drinks

点评：We visited this restaurant and bar as a group of five. To start with something positive: the drinks were excellent. Unfortunately, everything else about the experience was extremely disappointing.
Despite the fact that we were the only guests, it took a full hour before the last dish arrived at our table, and the food was not served at the same time. The first person was served, and the last had to wait almost 20 minutes more. This is simply unacceptable.
On top of that, the ceviche was not good at all. When we raised our concerns with the staff, they showed no humility, never apologized, and offered no form of compensation. Instead, they suggested giving us shots, which we declined. After that, it was clear they did not care about our complaint.
Overall, the lack of professionalism and poor service completely ruined what could have been a nice evening. We cannot recommend this place and would strongly advise others to look elsewhere.
