Got up at 06.00, it was raining, we got very wet and saw nothing. No birds, no animals

点评：The walkway is falling apart. There were four platforms and four bridges. Now there are two platforms and two bridges. I would doubt that it will ever repaired as it has been like this for over a year
It is quite a strenuous walk from Atta Lodge. The trail is level for about half the way, though with a lot of roots underfoot. Then you climb some 180 steps to reach the walkway. These steps are not maintained, and in rain are lethal. Only half the walkway remains
We met our guide as instructed at 06.00. It was raining. He marched us on regardless. We saw not a single bird, nor any other animals. We got very wet. We went onto the walkway, where the rain was worse. We saw nothing. We marched back to the Lodge, in even worse rain
To sum it up this was a futile excursion that the guide should have cancelled at the start.
