点评:Disappointing experience – room for improvement
We visited Brigerbad on a Sunday afternoon/evening and only used the pools (without the spa area, which costs an extra CHF 10). The entrance fee of CHF 30 per person felt quite high for this, especially compared to other thermal baths such as Villars or Lavey, which offer renovated wellness facilities at similar or slightly higher prices.
Unfortunately, cleanliness and maintenance did not meet our expectations. Some tiles were loose, and overall hygiene standards seemed inconsistent.
We also noticed a lack of clear rules regarding swimwear and showering before entering the pools. Some guests wore street-style shorts or full-body outfits, and several people entered the pools without showering. In addition, some changing rooms and toilets were missing doors, which affected comfort and privacy.
Children under 10 enter for free, which is understandable for families, but the presence of babies and toddlers in a therapeutic thermal bath felt somewhat inappropriate.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience for us. With better maintenance, clearer hygiene rules, and improved facilities, this place could offer much more. At present, we would not particularly recommend it.
