I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this tour company.
I first contacted them two months ago asking for pricing and information for a tour of the mangrove forest. I was told someone would get back to me “right away,” but no one ever followed up. After waiting an entire month, I reached out again.
I explained clearly that I am American and that I would be traveling with two Bangladeshi friends, and that all three of us wanted to take the tour together. At that point, they quoted me approximately $200 USD per person.
Shortly after, I messaged them again to confirm that I wanted to book the trip. Suddenly, I was told that because I am a foreigner, the pricing was different. The cost jumped from $200 per person to $600 per person, with no clear explanation or justification.
This drastic price change only happened after I tried to book, which felt extremely dishonest and misleading. I have screenshots of the conversation showing the original price and the sudden increase.
Between the lack of communication, long delays, and the massive last-minute price increase based solely on nationality, I do not trust this company and would strongly advise others—especially foreigners—to be cautious.
