Management is Incompetent

点评：The facilities and views were absolutely beautiful but the management was really lacking. We had booked the Beach Pavilion around 8 months in advance for my mother’s 80th birthday. We had people coming in from Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Texas, California, and Maryland. The night before our huge event (almost everyone had made it in) we found out that the park management had triple booked the pavilion. They were very difficult to work with and refused to reimburse any of the three parties stating that it was no one’s fault. One of the parties put out was a wedding party for another family. Not only did this happen, but we also had reserved chalets NEXT to each other to make it easier for family to visit. This was not honored either. The family from Florida had to find a vrbo to stay in because the park leased the chalets BEFORE the deadline. If management had been efficient, customer friendly, and supportive of ALL customers (not just our family) I would’ve given a 5 star rating.
