点评:Truly disappointing customer service this night. Granted it was only a few tables and the night was slow. However, customer service shouldn’t be compromised. I’m assuming that’s a primary reason business has been slow. I should’ve left when I saw the empty parking lot. This comment might be deleted, but that’s ok. I’m posting my full review on Yelp, Trip Advisor, and other impactful platforms. Hopefully management makes some much needed changes.
Janiya (our server) could benefit from additional customer service and server training. Her attention was less on her customers and more on dancing, smoking hookah, and attending to her phone. To be clear, I don’t mind those things. However, your tables should be priority. There were literally 3 tables. Our food took long. The appetizer was cold and delivered with our entrees. No apologies from our server. Just a smug attitude. She displayed rude and entitled behavior.
It was truly embarrassing since I’d brought an out of state family member to your establishment for a good time.
Gratuity was included, which is fine. I’m aware that I can adjust the gratuity as needed. I can even opt out of paying gratuity for poor service. I chose not to do that. While it’s automatically included, it’s not mandatory.
