点评：Drove 7 hours Saturday, to attend a wedding on the Sunday, arrived at 8pm and was told our room had issues and they had one room left but no air conditioning(35 degrees out). Told them it was not acceptable. Was told by Subana they would call other hotels to see if they could help, sent us to Westin and were told that we would have a room and could have late check out. Arrived at the Westin and manager told us he was told someone might show up and there was no talk of late check out. Manager at the wedding and front desk staff were amazing! Got us a room and gave us late check out. The next morning I was told to call original hotel to see if we could check in at 1 (needed to get ready for a wedding at 4) was told again that it was not a guarantee!!! I beleive Rebeca was who I was speaking to, she said she would give me a call back at 10 and was very apologetic. Went down to front desk at Westin and they graciously let us stay at hotel(same room) for our 2nd night. Pierre from front desk called blue mountain village resort to let them know and to have reservation transferred at no extra cost. Rebecca did call me back to make sure I was ok with it. I was not offered any compensation from the original hotel, I felt dismissed by Suhana, felt like she just passed the buck. The only reason I gave a 2 was because the managers Rebecca the next day . Very disappointed, super stressful to happen when I had a wedding to attend!
翻译：周六开了7个小时的车，为了周日参加一场婚礼。晚上8点抵达后，却被告知我们的房间有问题，现在只剩一间房了，但没有空调（当时室外温度高达35度）。我向他们指出这种情况不可接受。苏巴纳表示会联系其他酒店看看能否提供帮助，随后把我们安排到了威斯汀酒店，还说我们会有房间且可以延迟退房。可到了威斯汀后，经理告诉我们他只得到通知说可能会有人来入住，完全没提到延迟退房的事。婚礼策划负责人以及前台工作人员都太棒了！他们为我们安排了房间，还允许我们延迟退房。第二天早上，工作人员让我联系原定的酒店，询问是否能在下午1点入住（因为下午4点我要参加婚礼，需要时间做准备），但再次得到回复：这并不能保证能实现！！！我记得和我交谈的是Rebeca，她表示会在10点给我回电话，态度也非常诚恳歉意。后来我们来到威斯汀酒店的前台，他们好心地允许我们在同一间房间里再住一晚。前台的皮埃尔打电话给蓝山乡村度假村，告知了情况并请求免费为我办理预订转移手续。丽贝卡随后给我回电，确认我对此没有异议。原酒店并未给予我任何补偿；我觉得苏哈娜漠不关心，感觉她只是在推卸责任。我给2分的唯一原因就是第二天的经理丽贝卡处理得当。这次经历让我极其失望，在我要参加婚礼的关键时刻发生这种事，真的压力巨大！
