点评：Where do i start…. we booked on open table for inside dining one month prior. we got here and we’re told that we were sitting outside, when I told them we had reservations for inside they said open table does not accommodate that. Which is funny considering that I thought about moving our reservation earlier, but when I did, I had to choose outside, so therefore, I did not change it.
once we got here and tried to explain that to the front, it was a bunch of young girls who were very passive aggressive, and their only answer was do you want to talk to the manager, which they asked me eight times before i walked away.
they placed us in the absolute worst table of the restaurant last table by the water, which was low tide full of bugs which swarmed our table the entire dinner. When asked if there was anything to help with the bug bugs, they said oh no sorry we are out.
Meanwhile, this is my daughter’s seventh birthday. We’ve been coming here every year for five years, clearly that stopped at tonight.
To make matters worse, spoke with the manager who apologize profusely for all of the issues and said that she would make it right on the bill… she took $9 off of a $250 bill. I don’t know and what industry that’s considered taking care of something but it’s not in mine.
needless to say, this is our last experience and they will not make any more of more money
