点评:Was desperate to visit here and paid a concierge service to get us tickets. We paid approx £45 each when if we were Japanese we could have bought them for £5 each. After visiting, it seems like this museum is for Japanese people really as there are no English explanations. You also aren’t allowed to use your phone so can’t translate using an app. We enjoyed what we saw but only learnt a small amount as we couldn’t understand it. The ticket keepsake for the film is a really nice idea. We were quite disappointed with the shop and had also hoped for more exhibits relating to Spirited Away and Totoro but there weren’t any. We ate in the cafe which had a huge queue and only fries for vegans. If you have dietary reqs, take food with you. We enjoyed the walk through the neighbouring park afterwards. Wouldn’t go back again until I am fluent in Japanese.
