点评:Honestly, for the average family, this trip is financially out of reach. Almost $200 for 3 people just to enter. There are no discounts for seniors, disabled or even littles unless they are under 36 inches (then they are free). I am a senior and confined to a wheelchair and still had to pay full price even though there was not one ride I could go on and nothing I really could participate in. They tell you no outside food or drinks and there are a lot of restaurants and food kiosks but they are grossly overpriced!!! (Like $19+ tax for a children's chicken finger meal...3 fingers, way too many fries and large pop that is way to big for a child, or $13 for a Caesar salad that is teeny tiny)I have no problem saying no outside food or drink if they are at least reasonable with their pricing within the park but this is not.
Five rides were down (one has been down over a year due to a lightening strike last year, a couple overheated or needed other maintenance). And even the rides that were working, for the time you wait, the ride time is extremely short! The reindeer exhibit was unavailable. When speaking with one of the workers we were told that some rides or exhibits may not be available due to being short staffed. Most of the rides had at least one cart not being used due to issues...so only 4-6 carts per ride that may hold 2-4 people so line ups are very long and the wait is reflected in that. The highlight for my nephew was the elf class. The children do get a free elf hat if they so desire when taking the class. They do offer pictures (elf ID for the elf class - $12, picture with Santa (price varies on what form you choose), roller coaster picture) but these are also extremely expensive. For the 3 of us it ran us over $500 and we did not get all the pictures, only had lunch, I do not know how a family larger could afford this (besides hotels, travelling etc.) I would skip Santa's Village and choose a different theme park where you get more bang for your buck.
