In our family of Six of us two were wheel chair bound and that makes our journey little More adventurous
Firstly,
At the metro station there used to be an exit leading to Mantri . Despite our best efforts in enquiring the ground staff and also looking for signage’s no use .
We have to come to road and go about a round about way to enter the Mall…
Well at the mall
1. There’s no lift at the entrance LEVEL of the Mall. We have to once again take a long detour to go down and locate a lift.
2. The Lift signage’s are wrongly placed in the direction of exit
3. Rest rooms are dirty. The health faucets don’t work
4. The drinking water provided at the entrance is not providing water. Secondly it’s at a height where children can’t drink direct from tap.
In the food court the restaurants what they display and what they supply are way too Different. Case in point Punjabi Grill street food - very bad quality as well as quantity . It was shown on a metal plate with Katoris full of dishes Supplies in flexi plastic tray with lesser quantities and qualities … Sad

美食广场里的餐厅,展示的和实际供应的完全不一样。就拿旁遮普烧烤街头小吃来说吧——质量和分量都非常差。展示的时候,菜肴摆放在金属盘子里,用小碗盛满;而实际供应的却是用塑料托盘装着,分量和质量都差很多……真是令人失望。
